My account was wiped out in 139 seconds due to a freeze on the GTCFX platform! The logs provide irrefutable evidence, yet the platform refuses to pay compensation! On July 3, 2026, I traded XAUUSD on the GTCFX platform. Due to severe server lag, my closing order was delayed by 139 seconds, preventing me from stopping my losses in time and ultimately resulting in a margin call and a loss of approximately $600. I have retrieved the complete MT5 system log, which clearly records: 09:08:43.951 Trades '51131628': market sell 0.02 XAUUSD ... placed for execution in 139190.149 ms. (139 milliseconds = 139 seconds = 2 minutes and 19 seconds). In comparison, the opening and execution of my position on the same day only took 191 milliseconds (placed for execution in 191.202 ms), proving that the network was normal and the delay was entirely due to internal processing by the platform's server. Platform Response: I have formally complained to the GTCFX platform, but they refused to compensate me, claiming it was unrelated to the platform. Request: I demand that the GTCFX platform compensate me for the $600 loss caused by the server delay.

Froze my account without causeGlobal erroneously froze my trading account (ID: 351750585) and withheld $80.29 in funds that I legitimately own. They accused me of initiating a chargeback through my bank, which is completely false and baseless. I am a retail trader conducting genuine trades with my own funds. To prove my innocence, I have provided XM support with my official bank passbook statement, which clearly shows my name, Meghla Biswas, and proves that I never initiated any chargeback or dispute. However, Global continues to fob me off with the same generic automated replies and refuses to release my funds. They are using these false accusations to steal customers' funds. I ask FPA to investigate this matter.

No refund of principalI opened an account and traded on this platform and was found to have violated the rules. I have been replying to emails as they requested for over a month now, and they still haven't refunded my principal! I replied on July 27, resubmitted again on August 12, and even re-recorded a video. Another month has passed. I contacted online customer service, and online customer service just said to contact the account manager. Every few days I asked the account manager, and the account manager actively replied and urged them. But the relevant department did not reply. Now even the account manager says they are annoyed, and no longer replies to messages!

It didn't allow me to withdraw the profits. After receiving confirmation from the salesperson that placing orders before data releases to gamble on market movements wouldn't be against the rules, I deposited $110 and used leverage to profit $2600. After making the profit, the salesperson asked me to withdraw it, but the profit was deducted the next day. After being asked to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, they stopped replying to my emails. Because I know that many platforms consider using leverage to gamble on market movements before data releases a violation, I only deposited funds and started trading after confirming with the salesperson. Therefore, I did not intentionally violate the rules. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to communicate, I chose to file a complaint and report it to the police; the process is proceeding normally. I hope everyone stays away from this broker.

TMGM refuses withdrawal. Account has 12,000 USD. Withdrawal of 3,000 USD is stuck!TMGM refuses withdrawal. Account has 12,000 USD. Withdrawal of 3,000 USD has been stuck for many days! My TMGM MT4 account ID is 2023247. I submitted a withdrawal request of 1,000 USD on the TMGM platform. The withdrawal request was submitted on September 15. The platform's published rules state that the USD withdrawal review processing time is 24 hours. However, after submission, the order has been stuck in the pending review status. Later, the account manager told me to cancel the withdrawal and re-submit. However, the re-submitted withdrawal of 3,000 USD is also stuck in the pending review status! My account has long completed all real-name verification. Past withdrawals have all been processed normally and arrived successfully. The account trading operations are compliant, with no violations. I have sent multiple emails to contact TMGM official customer service for follow-up. I have not received any approval notification email, nor has the funds arrived. Customer service only informed me that the background is investigating, unable to clearly state the specific reason for the funds being held, and did not give a clear completion time. This constitutes an indefinite delay of withdrawal. Requests: 1. Complete the full withdrawal of this 3,000 USD order as soon as possible, and arrange for the funds to be transferred to my receiving account. 2. Provide a written explanation of the detailed reasons why this withdrawal application was held up and stuck in the review process.

The platform refuses to process my withdrawal.I made deposits on August 10 in the amount of 500, August 11 in the amount of 6000, and August 13 in the amount of 6600. My total deposit amounted to 13100, and my total loss was 2586.12. The platform stated that I was eligible for a 20% compensation quota, and I claimed 2499 accordingly. However, the platform went back on its word when I requested a withdrawal. It alleged that I had improperly claimed the compensation quota and refused to process my withdrawal. Not only did it intend to deduct the compensation amount of 2499, but it also withheld all funds in my account. My withdrawal application has remained under review with no payment executed. I have attempted to resolve this matter through negotiation with the platform and its senior management, but no resolution has been reached.

TMGM system freeze unable to close position, no compensation.TMGM system freeze prevented me from closing positions. Caused me a loss of $2046.88. I submitted screen recordings of the freeze and order screenshots to the official team, and TMGM confirmed that the loss was caused by the system freeze. Initially they said they would reply within 3 business days, but then countless business days passed, and now it's been two months, still no full compensation. They keep delaying and not handling it, no reply, the platform keeps shirking responsibility, breaking promises, and has no credibility at all. Hope to get compensation as soon as possible. Since they admitted that the loss was caused by the system freeze, why are they still shirking and not giving full compensation? TMGM platform is too shady, don't be fooled.

PGMarkets prohibits withdrawalSerious complaint against PGMarkets. Jinshi is a scam platform, a Ponzi scheme. They are blocking withdrawals and not returning the principal. My account is even in a trading loss state. Previously, they blocked withdrawals. Now they say they need to cooperate with some KYC review, which will take 3 months. Only after 3 months can they arrange the review gradually, meaning that even after 3 months, withdrawal may not be possible. They find various excuses to block. Where would any legitimate broker freeze funds when the client's account principal is in loss? The so-called compensation activity is just a trick. The broker itself caused losses due to regulatory issues, which led to being exploited, and then they freeze other clients' funds. They also force us to only withdraw profits from the copy trading with Yuanqi Asset Management. Unfair terms. I have many records. Please, platform, pay attention and uphold justice.

Delayed slippageI deposited funds on July 6th and started trading. All my orders were held for more than 5 minutes, some for 2 hours, and some for 10 hours. It was all manual trading. After losing $4000, I discovered that closing positions was delayed due to slippage, and my withdrawal was constantly being delayed. As of August 6th, my withdrawal was still stuck.

SlippageI’ve been using this platform for a long time, but I don’t agree with the way the spread and slippage caused my stop-loss to trigger this time. At the time, neither their platform nor any other platform showed the price reaching 4441. Even if you add the spread and slippage, my stop-loss was set at 4397—so how did I end up with a loss at 4441? I was monitoring the market the entire day, and there were no gaps, slippage, or widening spreads. At the same time, the same situation did not occur on my other trading platform. When I asked the broker, they explained it away as slippage, gaps, and spreads. But none of these actually happened in live trading—are these big platforms just trying to fleece us? Here are screenshots of the two trading screens from that day:

Not allowing withdrawalThe platform has repeatedly refused my withdrawal requests. When I contacted customer service, they explained that the bank refused payment because the name did not match. I contacted customer service many times and provided all my ID card and bank card information, which was completely error-free. However, customer service kept telling me to wait. I applied for withdrawals many times in succession but was never allowed to withdraw the funds. Contacting customer service always made me wait. On the surface, the platform seems fine, but in reality they definitely find various excuses not to allow withdrawals.
