Aiprime: A Hard-Learned Lesson! As soon as you make a profit, your account gets suspended and your profits are confiscated—everyone should stay away from this fraudulent platform using a fake license.
On October 2, I deposited $1,500 into my account on Aiprime. That day happened to coincide with the Non-Farm Payrolls report. After correctly predicting the outcome, I made a total profit of $9,118. Combined with some short-term trades, my account balance reached approximately $10,844.40. However, this fraudulent platform, without any prior notice or warning, immediately froze my account without explanation. I could no longer log in to MT5 or my account, resulting in the loss of all my principal and profits. Shortly afterward, I received an email in which the platform fabricated a host of reasons claiming I had violated their rules. The platform itself implements dynamic leverage and allows clients to place orders freely, but as soon as a trade is profitable, they accuse you of violating their rules, freeze your account, and confiscate your profits—a blatant tactic commonly used by fraudulent platforms. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the platform is suspected of using a fake license. AIPRIME claims to hold an AFSL license (No. 558610) issued by ASIC. However, upon verification, the scope of this license is limited to wholesale clients and does not cover retail clients. Additionally, its Mauritian FSC license has been alleged to be merely a standard business registration and does not involve specific financial services regulation, which means its qualifications to provide trading services to retail investors are questionable. Furthermore, there is confusion regarding the company’s legal name: publicly available Australian corporate registration information shows that the entity holding the AFSL license, "AIPRIME PTY LTD", is actually a registered alias ("Other Registered Names") for another company, "CRYSTAL BALL ASSET MANAGEMENT PTY LTD". This discrepancy in legal names is a clear indication of a platform operating under a false identity. Everyone who reads my hard-learned lesson should stay far away from this platform.

Dear Customer, Regarding your objection to the account handling and the related complaints you have publicly posted, AIPRIME hereby formally responds as follows: I. Regarding the Violation and the Reasons for the Account Termination Upon review, it was found that you engaged in malicious hedging and arbitrage through associated accounts during major economic data release periods, exploited the negative balance mechanism to retain profits in profitable accounts, and transferred losses exceeding the principal from losing accounts to the platform. After verification and communication with several peer institutions, the Company confirmed that you had repeatedly conducted similar transactions at relevant institutions and had been terminated. In light of the facts of the current transactions, the Company determined that this conduct constitutes deliberate abuse of trading rules and account protection mechanisms. This action is based on your transaction facts at AIPRIME and the applicable agreement. This termination was not due to your participation in Non-Farm Payroll trading, the use of high leverage, or profitability. The fact that the platform allowed order placement and did not adopt dynamic leverage does not mean that prohibited arbitrage or the shifting of negative equity losses was permitted. II. Regarding Account Disablement and Principal The Company has explained to you by email the violation facts, basis, and results, and has notified you to process the withdrawal of the US$1,500 principal. Disabling the account does not equate to confiscating the principal; the treatment of profits derived from the violating transactions has been explained separately. Your claim that "both principal and profits have been swallowed up\" does not reflect the fact that the Company has notified you to process the withdrawal of the principal. Please proceed in accordance with the notice; if you are unable to operate due to the account being disabled, please contact the Company through the original email channel. III. Regarding the Company's Qualifications The official Australian ABN registration shows that CRYSTAL BALL ASSET MANAGEMENT PTY LTD and AIPRIME PTY LTD are the historical and current names of the same entity, corresponding to the same ABN: 36 674 039 019. The claim that the name change constitutes \"clone licensing\" is unfounded. The public ASIC registration extract shows that the authorized client scope of AFSL 558610 includes retail and wholesale clients, which is inconsistent with your claim that it is \"limited to wholesale clients only\"; the current status is subject to the latest official registration. The Mauritius qualification should be based on the specific authorization in the official FSC registration; unverified \"mere business registration" cannot be taken as a conclusion. The service entity and regulatory arrangements for your account are subject to the account opening agreement and corresponding documents. IV. The Company's Position AIPRIME has zero tolerance for such malicious arbitrage. If you have any objection, you may submit specific orders and related materials through the original email channel for review. Please correct any statements in your public content that are inconsistent with facts and official records. The Company respects your right to complain and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility for acts that distort facts or disseminate false information harming the Company's reputation.

Hello, regarding the slippage issue you reported, we have reviewed the relevant trading records. From the trading records, most of your trades show obvious characteristics of short-term scalping (Scalping), with short holding periods. Such trading strategies are very sensitive to immediate market liquidity, order book depth, and price changes. AIPrime uses a market liquidity execution mechanism, and orders will be executed at the actual price available in the market at that time. When the market fluctuates rapidly, liquidity is insufficient in a short period, or the order size is large, a certain difference may occur between the requested order price and the final execution price, namely slippage. Slippage itself is a normal execution phenomenon in a real market environment and does not mean that the platform has artificially intervened in orders. After verification, the slippage magnitude of the orders you reported is within the normal range under such short-term scalping trading and the execution conditions at that time. We understand that slippage can directly affect the trading results of short-term strategies, but scalping strategies themselves have high requirements for execution conditions. When engaging in extremely short-term trading frequently and with large volumes, the impact of slippage on final profit and loss will also be significantly amplified. Therefore, we recommend that you appropriately reduce such trading methods, especially avoid frequent scalping with relatively large volumes in a short period, to reduce the impact of liquidity and slippage on trading results. Thank you for your understanding.

Severe slippage, 10 pips slippage in one second
My trading account is 680****. Order number: 2372951. I traded 1.22 lots of gold at platform time 2026.1.23 23:55:49. The quoted price for the order was 4988, and the execution price was 4985.84 (3 pips slippage). The platform closed the position at 23:58:50. The closing price was 4995.02 (7 pips slippage). The platform's slippage is too outrageous. In just one second, the difference between execution and closing was 10 pips. The first time I emailed to negotiate, they asked me to provide information. After I provided the funds, the platform never responded to me. Such severe slippage is the platform's fault, and the unwillingness to resolve the issue also lies with the platform.

Hello. Regarding the execution issue of order number 2372951 under trading account 680**** that you reported, our company has conducted an investigation into the trade and closing conditions of the relevant order, and our response is as follows: This order was opened at platform time 2026-01-23 23:55:49, which was very close to the market closing time of that day. During such periods shortly before closing, market liquidity typically declines significantly, with insufficient depth in the buy and sell orders, and intensified quote fluctuations. The occurrence of discrepancies between the execution price and the expected quote during order execution is a normal market phenomenon that may occur in environments with insufficient market liquidity, and is not caused solely by the platform. Furthermore, the periods around closing and shortly after opening have always been times with relatively poor market liquidity, where price fluctuations and spread changes are more pronounced. Whether opening or closing positions, slippage may occur due to changes in the actual executable prices. The differences in execution prices and closing prices you mentioned are due to the orders being completed at different time points according to the executable market prices at those times. The difference in execution prices cannot be directly attributed to platform irregularities or platform responsibility. Regarding the follow-up issue after you submitted the materials, our company will continue to assist in verification and advance the communication process. However, regarding this order itself, based on the current investigation results, no abnormal execution by liquidity providers has been found. We also remind all clients here that around market closing and shortly after opening, due to poor liquidity, trading risks typically increase significantly. We advise clients to avoid trading during these periods as much as possible to reduce slippage, execution deviations, and other unnecessary losses caused by insufficient market liquidity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Sincerely, Aiprime Team
