In my experience as a forex trader, determining a broker's regulatory status is always a top priority when evaluating its safety and legitimacy. When I looked into EFG Holding, I noticed several major red flags around its regulatory situation. While EFG Holding claims an operating history of five to ten years and positions itself as a significant finance institution across frontier markets, WikiFX's assessment clearly states that the company currently holds no valid regulatory license. Additionally, there are warnings about a "suspicious regulatory license" and a "suspicious scope of business," which, in my view, substantially increase potential risks for traders and investors alike. In the forex and financial industry, a lack of genuine regulatory oversight means clients are not protected by the regulations enforced in more established jurisdictions like the UK or Australia. This absence of recognized regulation has very real implications: if disputes arise or if there is any malpractice, it could be extremely difficult—even impossible—for clients to seek satisfactory recourse. For me, this level of risk is simply too high compared to working with brokers that are properly licensed and monitored by stringent authorities. That's why, personally, I would be extremely cautious with a company that cannot demonstrate clear and valid oversight from reputable international financial regulators.
