When I consider a new trading partner, regulatory transparency and oversight are absolutely essential for me, given the risks involved in the forex market. Furthermore, the platform has a very low regulatory index score of 0.00 and clear warnings about a suspicious regulatory license and suspicious business scope. Their registered base in the United Arab Emirates and limited operational history—just 2-5 years—do little to offset these concerns. A broker’s score and regulatory status are vital because, in my experience, these elements directly impact the safety of my funds and the fairness of trading conditions. A lack of recognized regulation means there is no authoritative body holding the broker accountable, which exposes traders like me to unnecessary risks, especially regarding fund withdrawal or dispute resolution. When I see competing brokers with high scores and established oversight, the contrast becomes even starker. As such, I cannot advise trusting Aqua with meaningful capital or sensitive data. For my part, I would look for an established broker with clear, verifiable regulation before proceeding with any live trading activities.
