I downloaded this app because I saw many ads where I could earn money. I downloaded it and it asked me to deposit. I deposited 70 thousand Colombian pesos via Nequi in total, first 50 thousand, I lost them and then I deposited 20 thousand. After that, I earned 60 thousand. I tried to withdraw to recover the money I had lost. I tried to withdraw via Nequi and it asked for a screenshot with my Nequi information. I sent it and had to wait more than 24 hours for a message, and then they tell me that I didn't send the documents, even though I always send them. I have been trying to withdraw for more than 2 weeks and it won't let me. I have done everything they ask to be able to withdraw and they haven't let me. I ask you for the favor and help me recover my money that I invested in this app, which is a total scam.

I am filing a complaint against IQ Option for the unjustified closure of my account and the withholding of S/ 2,187.00 generated through transactions on the platform. I had problems making my withdrawals. As you can see, I made several, many of which weren't accepted, and only two were approved. One of the 39 withdrawals was approved, but it never arrived. They said it was credited, but I checked, and it never came back to my iq option account. Then I made another deposit of 40, and that didn't happen either. Finally, they say it's in Pichincha, even though I made the deposit to my Guayaquil account. It's been 15 days, and they haven't resolved either case. Great platform, but the verification process almost made me quit angrily. I agree with others, the Android app is very smooth and never crashed for me. I trade a lot while traveling, and it's an excellent app. Also, their acquisition of CySEC licenses reassures me that my money won't suddenly disappear. Smart traders, if you're here, you might like the execution speed, it's good. But man, my first withdrawal verification process took almost a full day, which is longer than expected. They really need to speed up this process. Also, sometimes the support seems somewhat automated, like they're reading prepared scripts. Overall, I enjoyed trading there despite the difficulty of withdrawal. Do you need anything else from a broker besides a good app and feeling secure about your money? My experience there was mostly comfortable once I got past the annoying verification procedures.

I am reporting IQ Option for unfair business practices and profit skimming. On 20 March 2026, I deposited $20 (10+10) via Skrill. After trading legitimately, my balance grew to $236.34. When I tried to withdraw, they repeatedly declined my requests. Eventually, they only returned my initial $20 deposit and blocked my remaining profit of $212.2. I deposited $187 via Binance TRC20 on IQ Option. They gave me a 200% bonus, and I traded for one month. Through real trading, I made a real profit and my real balance became $336 (excluding bonus). My total balance shown was $716 including the bonus. I then canceled the bonus, but IQ Option removed my entire balance and set my account balance to $0. This is completely unacceptable and violates basic financial rules because: 1. My $187 deposit is real money and must not be removed under bonus terms. 2. My $336 profit was earned through real trading activity and should not be deleted. 3. Bonus cancellation can only remove the bonus amount – not REAL funds or REAL profits. I do not have a screenshot of the $716 balance because IQ Option does not provide any confirmation message or popup during bonus cancellation. I invested 20 dollars on the platform, and in a short time, I managed to amass up to 51.38 dollars. I wished to withdraw them and was met with an outright block! I am unable to either deposit or withdraw. The attempts I made to withdraw to my cards were "unsuccessful." I sought assistance from technical support, but they have not paid me any attention or responded. Days have passed and I have received zero information. The transaction marked as "unsuccessful" didn't even show up in my bank transactions. IQ option didn't even bother to provide me with an exact reason and simply blocked my account. I am verified and all that but to no avail. Considering the reviews, it seems to be a scam where they let you earn a certain amount and then hit you with excuses as to why you can't withdraw. Moreover, they accept your deposit in minutes but then have you waiting days for withdrawal or a response from support. Allegedly, you get three free withdrawals. I made two and now it's stating that I don't have any left. I tried to withdraw using another method, but all options were blocked. Given the poor reputation of IQ option, I prefer to take action now.
