The absence of this fundamental information is a red flag for me, especially since transparency in funding and withdrawal processes is a minimum expectation in the industry. Moreover, TopstepFX operates entirely without regulatory oversight at present. This is particularly significant, as regulated brokers are usually required to maintain clear, timely, and reliable withdrawal systems, which offer traders a degree of legal recourse if issues arise. Without regulation, there’s no such assurance, and the risk profile increases substantially.
