This absence of information introduces uncertainty, and I've learned that, particularly with brokers operating without direct regulation—like Angel One, which is not authorized by SEBI or any global authority—it becomes even more important to be vigilant about potential hidden costs. In my practice, it’s always prudent to reach out to customer support before funding an account, asking for written confirmation of all possible deposit and withdrawal fees, including third-party or banking costs that may arise. For me personally, if a broker doesn’t make these costs clear up front, that impacts my trust and willingness to commit substantial capital.
