As an experienced trader, I approach regulation as a critical factor for trust and safety. From my research into DORMAN TRADING, I found that they state they are licensed by the National Futures Association (NFA) in the United States under license number 0264358. However, I noticed several cautionary signals on their profile: their regulatory status is marked as “unverified,” with warnings about a suspicious license and high potential risk. For me, the presence of an unverified NFA license raises a red flag, since verification is essential to confirm a broker’s legitimacy and protect fund security. Despite being based in the United States and operating for five to ten years, the lack of a clearly verified, up-to-date regulatory record means I personally would not consider DORMAN TRADING fully regulated or safe by industry standards. Genuine NFA membership usually comes with transparent oversight and dispute resolution mechanisms, but the suspicious status here undermines that reassurance. In my view, until DORMAN TRADING can provide irrefutable proof of active, verified regulatory oversight, I would advise a highly cautious approach and refrain from trading substantial funds with them. Regulatory ambiguity is something I never take lightly in my own trading decisions.
