In terms of customer service, my concerns stem from the overall lack of transparency about their fee structure and limited information regarding the actual effectiveness of support channels like phone and email. For me, the absence of clear feedback mechanisms or user testimonials about customer service reliability means I cannot comfortably judge whether issues are resolved efficiently, so I remain conservative in my expectations. Regarding platform reliability, ChaoShang uses proprietary solutions rather than established industry platforms like MT4 or MT5. While custom platforms can offer tailored features, they often lack the broader testing and trust that comes from years of global trader scrutiny. In my case, relying on a relatively little-known platform means I am extra careful, especially as there is limited available documentation on downtime histories or technical support in sudden market conditions. The limited scope of available instruments—no forex, commodities, or crypto—also narrows the broker’s flexibility for traders like me. In summary, while there have been no specific catastrophic failures in my dealings, I advise caution due to the ambiguous aspects of customer support and the unproven resilience of the trading platform.
