Just2Trade Broker Exposed: What Are Other Traders Saying About This Broker?
Abstract:Just2Trade has received multiple user complaints on WikiFX involving withdrawal difficulties, account restrictions and alleged trading irregularities. The broker has also been flagged by Malaysia's Securities Commission and received a negative field survey result in Russia. This report examines the available user feedback and regulatory warnings.

Just2Trade is an international brokerage brand operated through Lime Trading (CY) Ltd in Cyprus. While the broker holds a CySEC Market Making licence under number 281/15, its WikiFX profile presents several concerns that prospective investors should consider.
As of November 4, 2026, Just2Trade has a WikiFX Score of 5.83 out of 10. WikiFX has recorded 24 user complaints in its latest risk alert, warning investors to exercise extreme caution.
Withdrawal Problems and Account Restrictions
One recurring concern in the Just2Trade user feedback concerns difficulties withdrawing funds.
A user from Argentina reported on May 20, 2025, that the withdrawal function became inactive after approximately two months of trading. The user claimed that customer support failed to resolve the issue and that even after requesting account termination, the withdrawal function remained unavailable.
The user also stated that the termination agreement was only provided after approximately one and a half months.
Just2Trade responded publicly on WikiFX, explaining that USD and EUR withdrawals could be restricted due to geopolitical developments and international sanctions, particularly those affecting cross border transactions involving Russia. The company also stated that withdrawals could be delayed or cancelled under certain circumstances, including incorrect banking information or transactions involving sanctioned financial institutions.
Another Argentine user complained on May 23, 2025, that the broker had closed the trading account after approximately ten days and informed the client that the funds had been transferred elsewhere for safekeeping.
Allegations of Additional Payment Requests
An older complaint submitted by a Hong Kong user on November 28, 2019, described an alleged investment scheme involving additional payment requests.
The user claimed to have deposited RMB 70,000 before being advised to deposit another RMB 70,000 to withdraw funds. The complainant further alleged that another RMB 190,000 was subsequently requested because of supposed banking information problems.
The user expressed concerns about being unable to recover the deposited funds.
Trading Slippage Complaints
Trading execution is another concern appearing in the WikiFX feedback section.
A Hong Kong user reported on March 20, 2023, that a crude oil position was executed at a price allegedly different from the available market quotation. The user claimed that the execution and stop loss pricing resulted in a profitable position becoming a loss exceeding USD 1,000.
The complainant also alleged that customer support refused compensation, explaining that slippage was a normal trading occurrence.
Although this remains an individual account of trading experience, it highlights why traders should understand execution policies and retain transaction records when disputing order prices.
Negative Field Survey in Russia
WikiFX also records a negative field survey conducted in Russia. According to the investigation, surveyors visited the broker's publicly displayed business address but could not find the company's name or other identifying information at the location.
WikiFX classified the finding as a danger result, raising concerns about the broker's physical business presence at the investigated address.
It is worth noting that WikiFX separately records a positive field survey in Cyprus, where investigators found an office matching the regulatory address. The two findings concern different locations and should be considered separately.
Final Assessment of Just2Trade Broker
For traders researching review Just2Trade information, checking the relevant legal entity, confirming withdrawal procedures and reviewing regulatory warnings are essential steps before depositing funds. The current WikiFX Score of 5.83 out of 10 and its record of 24 complaints reinforce the need for careful due diligence.
