I requested, in writing, twice, a breakdown of the amounts and the exact contractual basis. They never responded to this. On July 1, 2026, without prior notice, they zeroed out the USD 7,878.08 that was in my wallet (debits registered as "Reverse" and "Manual Adjustment"). When objecting, the final response was: "no further information will be provided... will be escalated through legal channels."

Don't Trust Tickmill## I was using Tickmill's copier service, in this my 2 different slave account trades were cut into loss and in master the same trades were closed in profit due to which I suffered a loss of 421.51$ and I had sent them an email 8 days ago but till now I have not received any response from them, this is a fraud broker, stay away from such brokers. ⚠️ Warning to Traders – Documented Complaint Against TICKMILL Regarding Negative Balance Protection. I am sharing my personal experience with TICKMILL – Seychelles (FSA Licence SD008), and I have attached a screenshot of my account documenting the transaction in question. Here's what happened: I had approximately $100 in my trading account. At the market opening, there was a sharp price movement/gap, and the losses exceeded the funds in my trading account, resulting in a negative balance of approximately -$450. I was then surprised to find that TICKMILL had transferred $190 from my Wallet to my trading account. The attached screenshot clearly documents the transaction: Transfer to Trading Account: -$190.00 From: $ Wallet To: MT5 Trading Account Date: 20/07/2026. My main objection is this: TICKMILL advertises on its website that it provides Negative Balance Protection to all clients. In fact, TICKMILL itself provides a very similar example to what happened to me: If a price gap occurs at the market opening and the loss results in a negative account balance, the company states that it covers such cases with Negative Balance Protection. The company also mentions that one instance where this protection might be denied is if the negative balance is due to Fraudulent Activity or Market Abuse. Therefore, I demand that TICKMILL. answer publicly: Why was $190 taken from my account to cover part of the negative balance, instead of applying the Negative Balance Protection the company advertises? I demand that the company clarify the following: 1. Does TTICKMILL consider my situation not covered by Negative Balance Protection? 2. If not, what is the reason and the specific clause the company based its decision on? 3. Does the company claim that I engaged in any Fraudulent Activity or Market Abuse? If the answer is no, why was the advertised protection not applied? 4. How does the company explain its use of clause 13.3 of the Client Service Agreement, which allows netting between client accounts under certain circumstances, while simultaneously stating that Negative Balance Protection covers situations where an account goes negative due to market conditions and price gaps? I am not contesting the loss of the $100 that was originally in my trading account. My objection is to the additional funds withdrawn from my wallet after the losses exceeded the account balance and the account went negative. This is a crucial point because Negative Balance Protection is supposed to intervene when losses exceed the account balance due to market conditions. I have a screenshot from TICKMILL's own portal showing a transfer of $190.00 from my $Wallet to my MT5 account on 07/20/2026 at 14:28:37. I also have the trading records and transactions related to this case. Therefore, I demand that TICKMILL return the $190 to my wallet or provide a formal, written explanation of why Negative Balance Protection was not applied to my account and what the contractual basis for this is. If a satisfactory explanation and resolution of the issue are not provided, I will submit the evidence, transaction records, and correspondence in a formal complaint to the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA), the regulatory body for TICKMILL. Tickmill backend administration executed an unauthorized manual balance deduction of $331.24 USD from my trading accountwithout providing any valid reason or transparent proof. I would like to report a serious issue I encountered while trading with Tickmill. During a live trade, I placed a SELL position on CADJPY based on clear bearish movement observed in TradingView. At that moment, the market was already going down, and my position should have been in floating profit. However, on my MT5 account under Tickmill, the price movement was significantly different. Instead of reflecting the same bearish movement: • MT5 showed a delayed or inconsistent price feed • My trade went into a negative floating PnL of around -$100 • While TradingView clearly showed that the market was already dropping This raises serious concerns: 👉 Why is there a discrepancy between Tickmill’s MT5 price and TradingView? 👉 Why did my SELL position go negative when the market direction was already correct? 👉 Is there price manipulation or abnormal spread/slippage happening on Tickmill’s side? This is not a small fluctuation, it directly affected my funds and trading results.

The platform does hold a Labuan FSA license, and funds are segregated in a Malayan bank account, which initially reassured me. However, during my trading from March to May 2025, a series of hidden issues gradually emerged. While these didn't result in significant losses, they severely impacted my trading experience. The official website boasts "spreads on major currency pairs as low as 0.1 pips," but in actual trading, the EUR/USD spread remained stable at 1.2-1.5 pips during off-peak hours. This selective execution repeatedly caused my strategy to fail.

While it performs normally when the international market is stable, your quotes lag by 3-5 minutes when important data is released, causing all my hedging orders to be executed at the worst possible prices! Even worse, you deliberately widen the spreads in the backend, increasing the normal 5-point spread to 25 points during critical periods! I contacted customer service, but your Indonesian manager brazenly claimed, "This is normal market behavior!" We export agricultural products, and our profits are already slim. This deception has resulted in a direct loss of 350 million rupiah! Now that harvest season has arrived, I don't even have the funds to pay farmers their advances. My entire supply chain is on the verge of collapse!
