In my opinion, a broader set of support options or more immediate response mechanisms would enhance user experience and offer better reassurance during stressful trading scenarios. As for platform reliability, I’ve found their systems to be stable for my needs, but it’s notable that they utilize primarily their own proprietary software and associated trading apps. While I haven't personally experienced major outages or execution issues, I am always cautious with platforms that don't have the universally recognized robustness of industry standards like MT4/5. Therefore, I approach trading with Cathay Futures prudently, staying alert to platform updates and always using risk controls. For me, these factors require careful consideration, especially for those prioritizing round-the-clock, multi-channel support and broad third-party platform compatibility.
