Based on my experience and the information available, I would approach Krungthai with considerable caution, especially if you are interested in using Expert Advisors (EAs) for automated trading. One of the first things I look for as a trader is clarity regarding supported trading platforms and tool compatibility. Unfortunately, Krungthai does not specify which trading platforms, if any, are offered for their clients. For me, this omission is a significant red flag because most EAs require platforms like MetaTrader 4 or 5, and without information confirming their availability, I cannot assume that EAs would even be usable. Adding to my concern, Krungthai operates without regulatory oversight and has a suspicious regulatory license status. From a safety perspective, this greatly increases the risks associated with entrusting them with automated strategies or capital for that matter. I’ve also noticed that their product offerings are limited to equities and derivatives, with no mention of traditional forex pairs, which means many popular EAs wouldn't be relevant regardless. Given these factors—the uncertain platform situation, lack of regulation, and minimal transparency—I would not rely on Krungthai for automated trading or EAs. Until there is clearer, verifiable information about their platform support and regulatory standing, I can’t recommend using EAs or trading with them at all. For any automated strategy, platform compatibility and broker reliability are non-negotiable, in my view.
