On the technology side, the platform uses its own proprietary software rather than established trading solutions like MT4 or MT5. Although I have not personally experienced platform crashes, I am wary because proprietary platforms—especially from unregulated brokers—can be vulnerable to instability or unannounced technical changes. Additionally, I’ve encountered occasional lags during periods of high volatility, which can increase execution risk and impact order fulfillment accuracy. Ultimately, the combination of unregulated status, mixed user reviews, and lackluster support urges me to proceed with great caution. For traders like myself, these drawbacks seriously undermine trust and make it difficult to rely on TradeSmart for anything beyond the smallest test deposits. My experience has reinforced my commitment to prioritize safety, even if it means foregoing certain features or lower commissions.
