Due to the absence of transparent information from Utsumiya, I cannot confidently outline their exact process or requirements. This ambiguity, combined with their revoked license and overall lack of operational transparency, makes me uneasy. If secure and predictable access to my funds is a priority—as it always is for me—I would seriously consider alternative, properly regulated brokers until Utsumiya demonstrates a clearer and more reliable compliance framework.
