Based on my review of Simplex Asset Management, I found that the broker is regulated by Japan’s Financial Services Agency and is part of an established independent asset management group with over 15 years of experience. Simplex Asset Management’s core offerings are focused on active management of equities, ETFs, bonds, and private debt. However, despite its robust regulatory status, I was unable to find any clear information about minimum deposit requirements or specific account opening amounts for live trading. This lack of transparency on such a critical detail gives me pause. In my experience, reliable brokers typically provide clear guidance on minimum deposit thresholds upfront, as part of their commitment to transparency and client trust. The absence of this information might suggest that the broker is more tailored to institutional or high-net-worth investors, or simply that they expect potential clients to contact them directly for tailored account terms. For me, this means I would be very cautious before considering depositing funds, and I would recommend reaching out to their customer service—though I did notice from user feedback that response times and withdrawal processes can be inconsistent. As always, I would not proceed without first obtaining clear, written terms regarding minimum deposits and all associated fees to ensure my capital is protected.
