Having closely examined Instreet as part of my regular broker due diligence, I must stress that information on core trading conditions—such as the typical EUR/USD spread on a standard account—is unfortunately absent from the available details. For me, the spread is a crucial metric, as even small differences can meaningfully impact long-term trade results and cost management. The lack of published information about spreads, commissions, leverage, and platform options leaves me cautious. While Instreet is regulated by ASIC in Australia and has substantial operating history, I observed that they do not offer forex trading at all. Their trading instruments are limited to derivatives, options, indices, and ETFs, with no mention of forex pairs such as EUR/USD. This omission is significant for me as a forex trader, since transparency in product availability and pricing is vital to making informed decisions. Furthermore, the fact that Instreet doesn't provide a demo account also contributes to my hesitancy; I rely on demo access for hands-on evaluation of both spreads and execution quality before committing funds. Given these points, I am unable to provide any spread figures for EUR/USD, and based on my research, Instreet does not appear to support forex trading on standard or any other account types. For anyone specifically seeking forex exposure or greater clarity around transaction costs, it is prudent to consider brokers with more transparent and accessible information regarding trading conditions.
