Speaking from my viewpoint as an experienced trader, I have found that transparency and regulatory oversight are absolutely critical when evaluating a broker, especially for matters like demo account availability. In the case of Utsumiya, my research and review of the available information left me concerned. While Utsumiya has operated in Japan for a considerable length of time, its retail forex license from the Japanese Financial Services Agency has been revoked. Even more troubling for me is the complete lack of disclosed details about account types, including whether a free demo account is currently offered or what limitations might exist. From my perspective, this absence of clarity raises red flags—not merely about demo accounts, but about Utsumiya’s overall commitment to trader-friendly transparency. Ordinarily, reputable brokers outline demo account features (such as time limits or virtual funds) very clearly. The fact that Utsumiya provides no such information would make it very difficult for me to trust them with my capital or even my practice time, since I could not verify key terms or ensure a safe trial environment. My policy is always to use demo environments from rigorously regulated brokers who are forthright about all account features. Therefore, until Utsumiya offers explicit, reliable disclosures and has proper regulatory status, I cannot recommend them for demo or live trading.
