While there is no detailed guidance published directly by the broker regarding withdrawal documentation, in my experience, unregulated firms generally require at least proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID), proof of address (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement), and possibly documentation related to the funding method used. I’ve encountered situations with offshore or unregulated brokers where withdrawal procedures can be unpredictable or subject to change, so I’m extremely careful. For me, the lack of transparency on their official website about withdrawal steps or required documents raises a significant red flag. Before attempting any withdrawal, I would make it a priority to request written clarification directly from their customer support. I would also document all correspondence and review terms closely. In general, I do not risk large deposits unless withdrawal conditions and document requirements are fully transparent and reasonable, especially with firms that are not under regulatory supervision. Caution, in my view, is absolutely necessary here.
