From my experience as a trader who is diligent about due diligence, I must be very direct about Tifia. Based on all the red flags associated with this broker—especially its revoked Vanuatu forex license and a string of unresolved withdrawal complaints—my own process is one of extreme caution. With any forex broker, especially those lacking clear and active regulation like Tifia, I always prepare a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill), and often the card or payment method used for deposit. These KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are industry standards, and reputable platforms almost always require them for withdrawals, ostensibly to prevent fraud. However, as the feedback and exposure cases show, even traders who supplied these documents to Tifia routinely reported frustrating and unprocessed withdrawal requests, ignored emails, and even website downtime making access impossible. It’s my view that, in such high-risk circumstances, forwarding documents does not guarantee a resolution—or even that funds will be returned—given numerous unresolved cases and the lack of regulatory oversight. If considering making a withdrawal, always retain copies of every document and keep thorough records of communication. Risking larger deposits or sending further sensitive information comes with substantial risk when the broker's legitimacy and solvency are in question. Ultimately, even perfect documentation does not eliminate the withdrawal jeopardy evident with Tifia, so I cannot recommend relying on documentation alone for successful fund recovery.
