From my understanding, legitimate financial firms—especially those offering brokerage services—ordinarily require identity and compliance checks before allowing withdrawals. Even though Tracom is unregulated and lacks a demo account, I would anticipate at minimum they’d ask for standard KYC documents. In my practice, this usually means providing a government-issued photo ID (like a passport or driver’s license), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and perhaps confirmation of the bank account to which I am withdrawing. However, the absence of transparent regulatory oversight with Tracom increases the risk that withdrawal processes could be either unclear or inconsistent. For me, this means I'm always extra cautious with documentation—ensuring every document is legitimate, up to date, and submitted securely. Ultimately, since Tracom does not lay out public or detailed withdrawal document requirements, I would not proceed without first getting direct, written confirmation from their official support channels. My recommendation is always to avoid transferring large amounts or sensitive information until you have a clear understanding of all compliance steps involved and can assess their reliability based on timely, direct responses.
