Although they offer a variety of financial services—including commodity delivery brokerage and futures investment consulting—the context shows they support trading exclusively in futures contracts. When I wanted to explore trading popular individual assets like Gold (XAU/USD) or Crude Oil, I paid close attention to the range of instruments available. Notably, GOLDTRUST does not list forex or commodity trading among its supported products, and there is no mention of spot or CFD offerings on assets like gold or crude oil. From a cautious perspective, only futures products seem to be available, and these do not appear to directly include individual spot assets such as XAU/USD or crude oil in the standard retail trading sense. In my experience, if your goal is to trade gold or crude oil directly as spot or CFD products, GOLDTRUST’s current offering would not meet those needs. This underlines the importance of carefully verifying the instruments provided by any broker, especially given the limited transparency regarding fee structures and product listings here. I would strongly suggest clarifying the specifics with customer support before considering trading if you are focused on these individual assets.
