From what I could gather, not only does Aqua lack regulatory clarity, but their overall risk profile is also rated high, with warnings advising potential clients to stay away. Because financial safety is critical for me, I generally avoid brokers that do not provide clear, trustworthy information about transactional fees—or that show any signs of regulatory ambiguity. In environments like this, even if explicit deposit or withdrawal fees aren’t mentioned, I have learned to be vigilant, since hidden fees or unexpected charges are more common with unregulated or suspicious brokers. For these reasons, until I could verify reliable, up-to-date details directly from their support (and ideally see clear written terms), I would personally not risk funding an account or transacting with Aqua.
