From my own experience as a trader, transparency in deposit and withdrawal procedures is one of the essential considerations I assess before using any broker. With Swiss Gold, I remain extremely cautious based on the red flags presented in the available context. Importantly, this broker has no valid regulatory oversight and is quite new, which alone gives me significant pause, as well-regulated brokers typically disclose all their fees and processes clearly to clients. What concerns me further is a documented user experience describing a situation where, after making a profit and attempting to withdraw funds from Swiss Gold, they were suddenly told they needed to deposit an additional 20% as a “tax” before their own money could be released. This is highly atypical among reputable brokers and suggests that there may indeed be concealed or arbitrarily-imposed charges associated with withdrawing money—charges that are not disclosed upfront. In my view, being asked to pay a substantial extra “tax” to access your funds, especially with vague explanations and unclear communication, is a serious warning sign. Given the lack of regulation, the absence of clear information about fees on their public materials, and direct accounts of unexpected withdrawal demands, I would be extremely wary. For me, these issues seriously undermine trust in the broker, and I would not feel comfortable risking funds in such an environment where concealed charges seem likely based on both evidence and the structure of their operation.
