Drawing from my own experience as a trader and after carefully reviewing the available information on EBSI, I have noticed a few important points when it comes to their customer service and platform reliability. On the customer service side, while I appreciate that they offer several contact options, I have seen recent reports mentioning the removal of the website’s chat function. For me, direct chat is often the fastest and most efficient way to resolve urgent account matters, so its absence could be an inconvenience—especially if any issues arise outside typical office hours. Instead, I would have to rely on phone calls or email, which may result in slower response times depending on the nature and urgency of my inquiry. Regarding the platform, EBSI does offer MetaTrader 4, a platform with a solid reputation for execution speed and reliability. I have not experienced major disruptions in order execution, and feedback notes that the demo account experience is quite close to live trading. However, I always pay close attention to regulatory clarity, and while EBSI is regulated by Hong Kong’s SFC, I noted that some of their licensing claims, such as the HKGX authorization, remain unverified. This kind of regulatory ambiguity is something I approach cautiously, as any uncertainty in a broker’s standing may affect confidence in long-term reliability. In summary, while EBSI has some strengths—such as reputable local regulation and an established trading platform—I remain cautious about relying solely on their current customer service infrastructure and the full extent of their regulatory approvals. For me, a transparent, responsive support team and full licensing clarity are essential when trusting a broker with my capital.
