Drawing from my time as a forex trader intent on safeguarding my capital, I have always treated broker transparency as a non-negotiable standard. With Hydro, after examining the detailed information available, I find the absence of any clear disclosure regarding commission fees for ECN or raw spread accounts particularly concerning. While other brokers openly state their commission structures, Hydro provides no information about trading account types, spreads, or per-lot charges. This lack of clarity is a significant red flag for me. In the past, opaque fee structures have often signaled hidden costs or unfavorable trading conditions. Moreover, Hydro’s operations are not regulated by any recognized financial authority, which, in my experience, means there is simply no oversight compelling them to adhere to fair industry practices. As a trader responsible for my own financial decisions, I need to know exactly what transactional costs I’ll incur. With Hydro, I cannot confirm whether they even offer an ECN or raw spread account, much less whether there are commission charges per lot traded. Until transparent and verifiable information is provided, I would not be comfortable trading with Hydro or recommending them to others. My advice is to approach with a high degree of caution.
