Tera Yatırım is not regulated by any financial authority, including those in Turkey. Although it has been operating since 1990, it has not obtained a license from any recognized regulatory body, which raises significant concerns for me as a trader. Regulation is one of the most important factors I consider when choosing a broker. A regulated broker is subject to strict rules designed to protect clients and ensure financial security. The absence of regulation means there are no guarantees regarding the security of my funds, transparency in operations, or fair business practices. While Tera Yatırım may be operating legally within Turkey, it is not held accountable by any external entity. This increases the potential risks of fraud or mismanagement, which is why I believe it's crucial to carefully weigh the risks involved when dealing with an unregulated broker.
