Fiper is technically "legit" in the sense that it operates legally under its offshore regulation, but this doesn’t mean it's fully trustworthy. From my experience, offshore-regulated brokers are often more lenient in terms of compliance, which may not always work in the trader’s favor. The absence of strict regulatory oversight means that there's less accountability if things go wrong. I personally would prefer brokers who are regulated by top-tier authorities like the FCA or ASIC for peace of mind. While Fiper's offerings are attractive, including high leverage and tight spreads, I would still recommend exercising caution, especially when it comes to withdrawing funds or resolving any potential issues. Fiper reviews often mention this lack of solid regulation as a major con.
