Fair Markets claims to be regulated by ASIC, but the license is unverified and belongs to a different company, which raises concerns for me. I always prefer trading with brokers that have clear and verifiable regulatory status. In my opinion, the lack of verified regulation increases risk, and I would proceed with caution when considering Fair Markets.
