However, offshore regulation does mean that MY MAA MARKETS does not fall under the jurisdiction of stricter financial authorities like the FCA or CySEC. For me, this raises concerns, particularly for retail traders looking for robust investor protection. I would recommend that traders proceed with caution when dealing with offshore brokers, even if they are regulated. The lack of transparency and potential challenges with legal protections could be a red flag for some traders, especially those unfamiliar with the risks of dealing with offshore entities.
