Since Levels lacks regulation, I can’t say it’s completely safe. It might be tempting with attractive bonus levels and trading opportunities, but an unregulated broker doesn't provide the same security as a regulated one. I would feel more comfortable with a broker that’s overseen by a financial authority to ensure a higher level of protection for my funds.
