Forex 3D verdict due Aug 13 for Pinky, family, 24 accused

The Criminal Court is set to deliver its verdict on 13 August 2026 in the Forex 3D fraud case, in which former actress Pinky, her family and 22 other defendants are accused of defrauding 9,842 people of more than THB2.49 billion through a foreign-exchange scheme that allegedly guaranteed principal and claimed no losses. Special Case Prosecutor 4 has asked the court to punish the 24 defendants and order them to jointly repay THB2.49 billion to victims.

CBN opens OMO auctions to individuals and companies
