They say it's been resolved, but I have not received the refund. Also, contacting the account manager yields no reply. Every time I ask the online customer service, they just say they've urged it or tell me to contact the account manager. Isn't that just passing the buck?

I opened an account and traded on this platform and was found to have violated the rules. I have been replying to emails as they requested for over a month now, and they still haven't refunded my principal! I replied on July 27, resubmitted again on August 12, and even re-recorded a video. Another month has passed. I contacted online customer service, and online customer service just said to contact the account manager. Every few days I asked the account manager, and the account manager actively replied and urged them. But the relevant department did not reply. Now even the account manager says they are annoyed, and no longer replies to messages!
