TMGM system freeze prevented me from closing positions. Caused me a loss of $2046.88. I submitted screen recordings of the freeze and order screenshots to the official team, and TMGM confirmed that the loss was caused by the system freeze. Initially they said they would reply within 3 business days, but then countless business days passed, and now it's been two months, still no full compensation. They keep delaying and not handling it, no reply, the platform keeps shirking responsibility, breaking promises, and has no credibility at all. Hope to get compensation as soon as possible. Since they admitted that the loss was caused by the system freeze, why are they still shirking and not giving full compensation? TMGM platform is too shady, don't be fooled.
