Customer service initially said it would arrive in 3-5 business days, but after a week, nothing happened. Headway You, a lousy platform, has taken all the money I earned from cooking in Thailand. Last Friday morning at 08.30, I was staring at the XAU/THB (gold to Thai baht) market. The night before, I stayed up late analyzing K-Line data for almost 10 days and managed to build a position of over 3 lots at 26,500. After clicking to confirm, the platform showed a blank white screen—my mouse clicks didn’t respond at all! I was drenched in sweat. It's a scam. The bonus is tied to your principal, and unlocking it requires trading 3,800 lots. I was attracted by Headway's "Deposit RM50,000, get RM25,000" promotion and received the bonus after depositing. However, when I applied to withdraw my RM15,000 profit in February, I was told I needed to complete "200x trading volume" to unlock it. Based on my trading habit of 0.1 lots per trade, I would need to trade (50,000 + 25,000) × 200 ÷ 100,000 = 150 lots. The actual platform requires a 300x "bonus + principal" ratio, meaning I would need to trade 75,000 × 300 ÷ 100,000 = 225 lots. Based on the average Malaysian trading volume of 5 lots per day, this would take two years to complete. I requested to withdraw my principal and gave up my bonus, but was charged a 50% penalty (RM25,000). Ultimately, I was only able to withdraw RM25,000, a 50% loss on my principal. This should serve as a warning to everyone: don't use this unscrupulous platform. It's not trustworthy.

The platform advertised "ECN account spreads as low as 0.5 points," but when I opened a position, the EUR/USD spread suddenly soared from the normal 1.8 points to 15 points, and my 100,000 ringgit principal was instantly deducted from RM4,500 in fees. I headed straight to Local bank withdrawal only to see a comment attached that local bank transfer could take up to 7 business days. What sought of nonsense is that? If there should be any faster method outside of e-wallet it should be local bank transfer. This is making me doubt their sincerity as a broker

A senior trader in Thailand told me that this platform exploits the time difference between Bangkok and London and intentionally widens spreads during the Asian market's morning hours. My account details show that the cumulative loss from slippage in March reached 32,000 THB, and the platform refused to provide third-party liquidity proof. Thai traders should not be deceived by this broker—avoid it.
