The backend shows the withdrawal is completed, but it hasn't been received, and the platform cannot be contacted.

I deposited $400 on 7/21 for trading and profited up to $860. I submitted a withdrawal request on 7/24, which was approved on the same day and the amount was deducted from my account. However, I have not received the withdrawal to this day, and the platform's email remains unanswered.
