DollarsMarkets refused my withdrawal and blocked my account without reason.

I made a withdrawal of 844 USD. Customer service said I had to wait and the withdrawal would be processed within a maximum of 3 working days. However, on the third day, the broker suddenly rejected and canceled the withdrawal without any clear reason. I have tried to make this withdrawal three times and the broker always rejects the withdrawal on the next day, and the customer service response does not provide a solution. When I tried the third withdrawal, the transaction history said it had been approved but I did not receive the money in my account amounting to 844 USD.

In the beginning, I opened copytrading at dollarmarkets by setting several payment fees for those who took part in my copytrading... after getting a commission of $59, my fee could not be withdrawn. I have contacted the dollar markets team via chat since a week ago and until now there is no certainty to resolve this problem.

I love Dollar Markets's low trading entry and rich currency pair choices. However, its educational content should be richer. I sometimes need more instructions. However, it only provides some basic blogs.
