Scams of rejected deposits and withdrawals

I FELL FOR THE SCAM OF THE WARRWN BOWIE & SMITH PLATFORM They contacted me by phone and I fell easily, depositing 200 USD, as a first investment in currencies, which in the first two days yielded excellent dividends. On the third day, new motivation from the analyst suggesting strengthening the account to invest in commodities and stocks, and also that for each deposit, the platform places an equal amount and it's the same process, in the first two days you see how there are gains and operations are closed and opened and the account doubles. But then it starts to decrease and the analyst's warning or suggestion arrives: “make a deposit of 500USD to strengthen and prevent the account from being liquidated and everything is lost. I made these deposits about three times and in March 2026, I refused to make the suggested deposit and the account was liquidated. In May 2026, I receive a call from another analyst, being very motivating and I agree to make a deposit of 500 USD to reactivate the account and the same process begins to grow positively the account and after a week it starts to give negative results and comes the suggestion to deposit 1.000 USD to reactivate an operation with the condition that if I left it in what they called “vault” for 14 days the profits would be around 300% and after this time those profits could be withdrawn. This strategy was carried out on two occasions and within a month I apparently had about 5.700 USD in the “vault”, so I communicated my desire to withdraw this amount and the clever excuses began TO NOT RETURN THE MONEY: • That I had to attach documents (Account statements from where the deposits were made, signed forms acknowledging the deposits, contract or regulations) • That I had to make another deposit (1. 300 USD) called reversible of one of the operations because the account continued to increase negatively and it was also carried out on two occasions. • That a “compensation” deposit of 2.600 USD had to be made. • That since the account had between balance and availability 52.000 USD, I could request the entire amount or a fraction, as long as I deposited an insurance for the amount to withdraw equivalent to 25%. I agreed to withdraw 10.000 USD and deposited 2.500 USD. • That the system had approved the withdrawal of 18.000 USD and therefore 2.000 USD of insurance was missing. • That the system had carried over the amount of 25.000 USD as a minimum for the disbursement and 1.750 USD was missing. • That internally, the company Warren had determined that they would make the disbursement of the entire account and 4.250 USD was missing. All this was communicated via email and I refused this last amount because suspicion of a scam overwhelmed me. As the entire month of August 2026 passed, during which I did not make the last contribution of 4.250 USD, on September 14 they liquidated my account leaving it at 000.

I don't know how to recover my investment

Sarai Chavez and Jose Chavez (Mexicans) have been the ones assisting me. They’ve told me how to close out trades in order to make a profit; they’ve made me deposit more than $5,000 in order to generate trading profits; they’ve called me several times a day; and while I watch my account balance drop, they ask me to invest more. There’s confusion among the employees, and they can’t seem to agree on anything. Furthermore, I can’t make withdrawals from the account because there supposedly isn’t enough capital available for withdrawal. They made me close profitable trades. Then I demanded that they change my advisor because every time I logged in, he made me lose money. They started asking me for more money so I could supposedly make a withdrawal. I told them no, and they began providing terrible customer support—they don’t answer my calls, and I keep getting messages saying I can’t withdraw the little money I have left in the account. Now I have no way to get my money back.

As I explained previously, I was deceived with promises of profits after investing $2,800. Although my gains reached nearly $10,000, whenever I requested a payout—specifically on Fridays—my margin level would drop below 1% and the account would be liquidated. The following week, in response to my complaints, they would claim more deposits were needed because the market was falling due to some fabricated reason—whether involving indices or commodities. They would refund $2,000 just to keep stringing me along; then, once my balance was back near $5,000, they would demand a minimum deposit of $1,000. I made that deposit hoping to recover my initial investment, but by the end of the week, the account was liquidated again for the same reason (margin dropping below 1%), and the cycle repeated. In this instance, the advisor was Brenda Vargas—like the previous ones, she was Mexican—and the final result was the liquidation of my account: a scam totaling $4,800.

Very bad experience in this platform. The account manager maned Mr Jake is a lier,fraud.He talk very nicely until you are depositing money but if you stopped deposting he will not call and msg.Very unprofessional guy.I had deposited total amounts $ 4951.He will give you some profit at beginning but when you will ask for withdrawal then he will give you wrong trade and ruin you.3 times he make my account liquidation and asked for deposited.and if you were not deposit then he will statrted ignoring you.Once I had reached 8500 $ but when I had aske of the withdrawal then he give me a wrong trade and make account liquidation..Mr jake is a cunning guy he will exploit your money.

Complaint About Warren Bowie & Smith

This so-called broker operates maliciously. Through their arguments and methods, they commit fraud. They invite people to make deposits to trade, promising withdrawals after reaching a certain profit level. However, when it comes time to withdraw, they create obstacles, such as not reaching the required level, incomplete documentation, too much time having passed since the deposits, or that the account has been depleted and another deposit is needed to reach the required level. To lure people in, they promote the idea that withdrawals can be made at any time, but this is not the case. I have met all the requirements, and yet they are asking me to make another deposit of a larger amount (US$490). I was supposed to have over $1,000 before, but now I need $10,000 to withdraw. I have been with them for several years, and the only money they have ever refunded me is $20. They also offered me bonuses to continue trading.

Warren Bowie & Smith is a complete scam.

They first show you that they are certified by financial institutions in the country, then they ask for an initial deposit of $100 and start trading, showing that there are no immediate profits. With that, they ask you to deposit at least $3,000 to achieve $9,000 in a month. They insist two or three times a day until you give in. The first sessions with the advisor seemed like they were teaching you how to use the stock market, so I trusted them, and in two days I lost all my money. When I demanded explanations, I was yelled at, and they finally said that's just how the market is, that they didn't make good decisions. I kept trading, and they made me close out profitable trades. Then I demanded they change advisors because every time I traded, he made me lose money. They started asking me for more money, supposedly to allow me to withdraw. I told them no, and their customer support became terrible; they don't answer, and I get messages saying I can't withdraw the little money I have in the account. Now I have no way to recover my money.

They don't let you withdraw money and they challenge you demanding that you must increase your monetary income and I withdrew leaving the investment and the profits

I fell for a scam , I invested 4200 dollars in this platform and so far I can't withdraw anything , it's always an excuse, now it's the World Cup block , but the World Cup is almost ending and no return, is there a legal way to recover these amounts.

They took what little I had, and now I'm in debt and I don't know how to pay it back. I can't believe I believed them. I feel terrible because they told me that with just $100 I would double my money, and in the end they took everything without me even realizing it. Then they kept calling me to keep investing, but I had nothing. They told me I had to keep trading and that they were going to teach me and all that, but they kept saying I had to invest more. Then my brother put in $120 because they told me that if I invested in Nvidia I would make a lot of money, but they took my money again. Now I find out it's all a scam. I just want my money and my brother's back because we're not rich. We work hard and try to get ahead however we can. Thanks.

They don't let me withdraw, and practically forced me to keep investing until I ended up with $2400, which they claim is theirs, and on top of that I owe them $2800 according to them for business profits.

It doesn't let me withdraw.

I'm unable to withdraw my money from the platform. I invested $100 in Warren Bowie & Smith. Please help.

They won't let me withdraw my earnings; they're always asking me to deposit more money. They haven't authorized any withdrawals. They said they authorized $4,200, and five days later I received a rejection email. Now I've placed an order for $8,000, and nobody will authorize it unless I deposit more money.

First, a consultant contacts you, then tells you to make a minimum investment of 100 dollars, makes you open and close transactions, asks you to deposit more money to open other operations with higher profits. I only lost the 100 dollars.
