It’s a scam platform, let’s just call it that. I’m giving it one star because that’s the lowest rating available, but they don’t deserve even that. They keep promising you that you’ll soon be able to withdraw funds, but you never can. They tell you that you need more money to keep trading. Before I reached $10,000 in deposits, they promised that once I hit that amount, the company would add another $10,000, and if the account needed additional capital, they’d cover it without any issues. When I finally reached $10,000 invested, it took them a week to deposit their $10,000. After that, Attorney Alondra, from the finance department, called me and said I had to deposit another $10,000; otherwise, they would withdraw their contribution and my account would be closed. They kept pressuring me until they told me that $7,500 would suffice, and they would unlock the vault along with whatever was already in the account. I had no way to come up with that amount—I told them I was already heavily in debt with the banks. I had to take out personal loans and increase my credit lines just to meet the requirement, because I had already invested so much and didn’t want to lose it. It took a lot of effort to get the money together. Then Attorney Alondra called again, saying she could no longer honor the promise to release the funds, claiming everything had been moved to the vault and that I had agreed to this with the advisor. In reality, I have no access to see what’s happening in the vault or any of their internal processes. Trades were initiated because the advisor kept saying, “Let’s trade.” Eventually, they wanted me to deposit the remaining $2,500 to reach the second $10,000. I explained that I couldn’t afford it—I was already deeply in debt, and that’s the truth. The platform doesn’t allow me to make any withdrawals, not even for $100. They’ve left me broke and in debt.
