TopFX has cancelled my legal profits exceeding $850 under any terms - all traders using TopFX have their trading accounts immediately restricted and terminated upon receipt of legal profits. The trader confiscated over $850 of my profits and only refunded my initial deposit of $500. They cited Article 28.6 but did not provide any server logs, technical evidence, or evidence of misconduct. My trading is executed normally based on market price fluctuations, without using any prohibited software, arbitrage, or system manipulation. When I requested more details, TopFX closed its internal communication channels and refused to respond. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA Seychelles) and attached all supporting documents.
