Unable to withdraw

Hello, 19 march they freeze my account and tells me there is a hacker attack and i have to verify my account the verification method is top up 100 USDT and perform 3 transactions on any coins and wait until 25 march i have done 100USDT and done 3 transactions but they didn't unfreeze my account and now they are saying that they can't find the hackers and they are give us the new verification method that i have to top up 10% of my frozen amount i have lost my savings i lost approximately 4600$
