Illegal exchange rate

When I withdraw $850, I received only ¥82,000. The rate, USD/JPY, was 110 that time. I told them to explain about exchange rate and fee many time, but they can’t explain much enough. And when they change the swap rate, They recalculated all of that. I got swap point about $1,200 since few weeks, But it turned $200. I have never trade such broker. I won’t use this broker again.
