FIN8ITY promised to give back principal and compensate interest when FIN8ITY withdrew from the market. However, they absconded withou returning our principal, which is totally a rip-off. I hope the law can protect the weaker members. Give our principal back, that is our hard-earned money

One day,the customer service told us to withdraw since the platform was terminated for trading.After I applied for the withdrawal,no one responded.(It shall be processed within one or two days)The customer service explained that the majority was withdrawing.I am afraid that the process would be postponed,until my fund was gone.
