Having traded forex for several years, I know that overnight financing fees, or swap rates, can significantly impact the net profitability of longer-term positions. When evaluating Agility Forex, I found that their fee structure focuses primarily on transaction and delivery fees, such as a flat rate of $15 for certain international transfers. However, there is no clear, transparent public disclosure regarding their overnight financing fees. This absence of detail is concerning to me because, in my experience, reputable brokers tend to make all ongoing trading costs very clear—as this is central to evaluating trading expenses and planning effective strategies. Additionally, Agility Forex operates without any valid regulatory oversight. The lack of regulation makes it harder to trust that fee structures—overnight or otherwise—are transparent and that there’s recourse in case of disputes. When brokers are regulated, they’re generally required to disclose all costs thoroughly and treat client funds with robust oversight. For me, this regulatory gap is a red flag, especially considering that other established brokers not only post their swap rates regularly but also fall under the scrutiny of authorities that enforce client protection. In summary, since Agility Forex does not provide explicit overnight financing fee information and is completely unregulated, I personally would not be comfortable comparing their fees—let alone trading overnight positions—against more transparent, regulated competitors. The lack of fee transparency and regulatory safety nets introduces risks that I am not prepared to take with my capital.
