This absence of detail is concerning to me because, in my experience, reputable brokers tend to make all ongoing trading costs very clear—as this is central to evaluating trading expenses and planning effective strategies. The lack of regulation makes it harder to trust that fee structures—overnight or otherwise—are transparent and that there’s recourse in case of disputes. When brokers are regulated, they’re generally required to disclose all costs thoroughly and treat client funds with robust oversight. For me, this regulatory gap is a red flag, especially considering that other established brokers not only post their swap rates regularly but also fall under the scrutiny of authorities that enforce client protection. In summary, since Agility Forex does not provide explicit overnight financing fee information and is completely unregulated, I personally would not be comfortable comparing their fees—let alone trading overnight positions—against more transparent, regulated competitors. The lack of fee transparency and regulatory safety nets introduces risks that I am not prepared to take with my capital.
