Signes de violations graves : Transfert arbitraire des actifs des investisseurs ; Refus d'autoriser le retrait du capital et des bénéfices ; Utilisation de supports promotionnels contenant des informations trompeuses et des allégations de bénéfices exagérées ; Un modèle présentant des signes de système pyramidal financier déguisé sous couvert de PAMM/IA.
