Based on my direct experience and the information I've gathered, I must state that Bull Market is not a regulated entity. This is one of the most important factors I consider before ever depositing funds with a broker, particularly given the risks involved in financial trading. Bull Market is registered in Argentina, but it does not hold a license from the local financial regulator, the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV), nor is it recognized by reputable international authorities such as the UK’s FCA, Australia’s ASIC, or Cyprus’s CySEC. The absence of any regulatory oversight means Bull Market is not required to follow industry standards for client fund protection, transparent pricing, or dispute resolution. For me, this raises serious concerns about accountability and recourse if issues arise. While the platform markets itself with appealing features and low fees, I personally would be extremely cautious when dealing with any unregulated broker, as there are no regulatory safeguards or enforcement agencies in place to protect investors’ interests. For anyone prioritizing security and peace of mind, regulatory status should not be overlooked.
