Based on my experience as a trader and after a careful review of Huajin International, I feel it is prudent to address some notable concerns, especially around customer service and platform reliability. While Huajin International is regulated by the SFC in Hong Kong—which adds a layer of oversight and, theoretically, a measure of security—I am cautious because a brokerage being regulated doesn’t always guarantee a user-friendly or responsive service experience. The most significant drawback I noticed comes from persistent reports that, when security issues such as unauthorized password changes occurred, customer service was unresponsive or slow to react. For me, immediate and reliable support is non-negotiable when dealing with any trading platform, especially in situations involving potential security breaches. Delays or silence raise serious questions about the broker's client care protocols. I also observed that, while Huajin offers functional trading platforms (ET Trade and TradeGo), there have been user complaints about access issues after security incidents. Personally, knowing that other traders experienced account access problems without swift resolution makes me hesitate to commit large funds or sensitive transactions with Huajin International. Trust in a broker depends on both regulatory status and the practical, demonstrated commitment to client welfare during critical incidents—and in these areas, Huajin International still leaves room for improvement, in my view.
