As an experienced trader, I always assess a broker's transparency and regulatory standing before considering specific fee structures, especially for ECN or raw spread accounts where commissions are common. In the case of PGM, I have not been able to find any clear or official information regarding whether they charge a commission per lot on ECN or raw spread accounts. More importantly, the lack of valid regulatory oversight with PGM raises considerable concerns for me. Their current status is explicitly noted as unregulated, and there are warnings about high potential risk and a suspicious regulatory license. This strongly affects my confidence in trusting any stated fee or commission structure, since unregulated brokers are not held to the same disclosure standards as licensed firms. For me, using a broker without transparent regulatory backing and with ambiguous fee disclosures is highly risky. I would not proceed to fund or trade with PGM until I receive written, verifiable documentation on all trading costs—including lot-based commissions—directly from the broker, and ideally see some evidence of external oversight. In my judgment, prioritizing safety and full fee transparency is non-negotiable, particularly with brokers flagged for high potential risk.
