Regulation under ASIC is a positive, but the medium potential risk rating and the mention of offshore licenses reduce my confidence. Safeguards exist on paper, but in practice, the combination of jurisdictions and user feedback means I cannot rely solely on the regulatory stamp for fund safety. When considering where to hold or trade my capital, I take a conservative, cautious stance, seeking transparency and consistency in both licensing and user experience. For Test Flight (test), I would tread very carefully.
